Salmon Sweet Potato Fishcakes
Soft salmon and sweet potato fishcakes for babies, with omega-3 rich fish in an easy BLW shape.
Ingredients
- 1 small cooked sweet potato
- 120g cooked salmon flakes
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mash sweet potato in a bowl.
- Fold in salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, and parsley.
- Shape into small patties.
- Bake at 190C for 10 to 12 minutes until set.
- Cool and check carefully for bones before serving.

Offer a large soft patty strip or mash with extra sweet potato.
