Broccoli Cheese Egg Muffins
Mini egg muffins with broccoli and cheese for baby breakfasts, lunches, and freezer meal prep.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp finely chopped cooked broccoli
- 2 tbsp grated cheddar
- 1 tbsp milk
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with milk.
- Stir in broccoli, cheddar, and pepper.
- Pour into a greased mini muffin tray.
- Bake at 180C for 12 to 15 minutes until set.
- Cool and slice for baby.

Cut into small cubes.
